Have you ever had to work in a group setting? Of course you have. Living life is work in a group setting. Family life, work life, spiritual life. Whatever we do, we share our lives with others.
We all bring something different to the table. A different spice. The key is to use the spices harmoniously and create a divine dish.

Re-connecting

Just flew in to my hometown for a week's vacation. It is very important to me to strengthen connections with loved ones. Funny, but when I was in my late teens and early twenties, I wanted to put distance between myself and my family. I needed to spread my wings and fly away a little as opposed to staying in the nest. While the nest is a safe, known place, venturing out requires growth in all areas. Growth fueled by faith. I'm finding that life is like that. From time to time we have to assess different areas of our lives. Is it time to take yet another a leap of faith?
